Cet article n’est pas un travail de recherche, mais plutôt un compte rendu d’expérience. Il ne constitue donc pas un effort de modélisation, mais présente quelques éléments d’une démarche collaborative en formation professionnelle. Nous sommes convenus de faire évoluer une Clis en y développant les institutions au sens large d’institutions du sens (Descombes, 1996 ; Go, 2007). Il s’agit d’un ensemble de grandes institutions didactiques formant un système didactique : institutions liées à la régulation du rapport social, institutions d’usages donnant une signification aux situations par la mise en place de projets qui rythment le temps dans l’année, institutions de gestion du travail individuel.
This article is not a work of research, but rather a summary of an experiment. As such, it is not an attempt at modeling, but it does have some of the features of a collaborative approach to professional formation. We agreed to take a Clis to the next level by developing its institutions in the wider sense of institutions of meaning (Descombes, 1996; Go, 2007). There is a group of major teaching institutions that form a didactic system. These institutions are related to the regulation of social relationships; they are institutions of usages that give a significance to situations through the implementation of projects that determine the rhythm of time throughout the year and institutions that manage individual work. |
